We test drove 2 cars at different visits and narrowed it down to one they had and another they just got. We just needed to test drive a the one they got this week to decide. We found and looked at the new one but no one came out to help us and we thought the guy that helped us the first time, Roberto, was outside with people but when he was done he just went inside the building. So we were on our way inside to try to get help when a man in a cowboy hat blocked us and in a very hostile nasty tone said, "You gonna actually buy something today or what?!" My husband said, "Excuse me?" Cowboy says, "All the guys inside said you been here 4 or 5 times, driving everything but never buy, so you gonna actually buy today or what?" My husband said, "Then the guys inside are full of s%*t and with that attitude no, we're leaving and never coming back for anything again." So I had already been getting my kids back to the car and saying we're leaving. We drove home and I still had Roberto's card he'd given us, so I called him. He said he had left work half an hour ago. I told him what happened with Cowboy and he said, "Wes really said that?" Then said he'd left an hour ago. So I think it was him in the lot, he saw us, went inside complaining and exaggerated with Rob who helped us the 2nd time we came and Wes being the good ol' boy, came to take care of it. He took care of it by running off a loyal family who bought their last car from them, used their service dept. and was probably going to buy again., so good job! I emailed the owner and just now when my husband tried to also email him to add what the service manager said when he called, the email didn't go through and the error code said owner could no longer receive anything from Gmail. Shady, nasty, gossiping, greedy liars work here. Glad we now know so we can save our hard earned money and no longer contribute to yet another Flower dealership cause they obviously no longer care about anything but your money.

I have purchased several new truck and have had a great experience with sales department; unfortunately, the exact opposite with service dept. I stopped using service with my first new truck due to their poor service. Recently, I was in Montrose and my check engine light came on. I thought I will stop by dealer have them quickly plug it in and see what I need to do to correct and also see if it was ok to drive since I had business in GJ. As usual the service department was a disappointment. The girl explained to me I needed to make appt for them to go out and plug into my truck to see the issue. I told her the engine light is on and it takes 15 seconds to read. She said no it takes much longer than that (it takes 15 seconds) I left their and stopped by dealership in GJ and check it out. In about 15 seconds it showed the problem. I left it there to be repaired. GJ Dodge dealership much more professional and customer service oriented.

I took my truck in to get it reprogrammed as I took out a after market torque lock and exhaust brake and installed a new transmission. The service department failed to let the tech know why I brought it there. The service department replaced my brand new transmission with 0 miles on it to have the same issue with needing it reprogrammed I refused to pay for labor as it didn't need it done and was not the reason I brought my truck in (ended up paying there xxxxxxxx labor to get my truck back, ) I get a call saying my batteries were dead I told them it was on them as they tested them 3 months prior when my truck arrived and didn't charge them. They broke my driveline and also wanted me to pay for that I refused my truck sat at flower motor for almost 4 months all I wanted was it reprogrammed witch they eventually did because it was all it needed in the first place. I was out 8500 dollars for 4 months that's cost of transmission labor and truck payments while it sat on there lot all I brought it in for was reprogramming. After I picked up my truck the fuel pump went out a 1000$ AFE prossesional series guaranteed for the life of the vehicle went out the day I picked up my truck. After further inspection I believe they put sand in my fuel tank. I absolutely think this service department at flower motor (Matt and mark) are not trust worthy and will Sabatotage your vehicle to be vindictive. My truck got to flower motor March 15th I got it back June 7th.

We purchased a used truck from the used lot Montrose Auto connection in October 2020(which is under Flower Motor) 2 days later the transmission went out they had it for 30 days before we had it back. 2 days later the NEW transmission went out they had it around 2 more weeks got it back. I have had no help from management and get comments like well it is used truck...that’s what you get for buying a used truck.. we spent $20,000 on this truck would expect to be able for it to at least been driven for longer than 3 weeks. We are now stuck with this xxx and Flowers won’t stand behind and offer any kind of resolution! Just be careful and make sure you know what you are buying and dealing with. We have learned our lesson and would not recommend them at all!

We had a very unpleasant experience with Flower Motor Company today. We had contacted a saleswoman about purchasing a car early yesterday morning. We were asked to wait until today to come and test drive it because it needed the water pump replaced. We agreed to an appointment at 1:30 today. The saleswoman called and told us that there were two cars ahead of us that the mechanic needed to work on and that it wouldn't be ready to test drive as we planned. She asked us to reschedule for tomorrow. We explained that we needed a vehicle quickly as my husband needs to be out of state as soon as possible to care for his father who suffered a heart attack. We told her we could come later today or any time. We agreed to a 5:00 appointment. She then called us stating that another salesman had a couple there that was interested and that they would sell it to them instead of us. We felt it was unfair that the couple was given preference over us because they got there before us , even though we were forced to change our appointment to a later time because the car wasn't ready to drive. The other couple was allowed to arrange a time to come back and drive it while we sat at the dealership for two hours waiting to see if they wanted it. We were not allowed to arrange anything. The people at the dealership didn't ask us to wait inside or treat us as if we were customers. We sat in the heat outside. The sales manager Jeff Stone only made excuses such as "he didn't know anyone had made any appointments to show it" and "if he would've known - he wouldve taken care of it." But his overall message was we have no compassion for you whatsoever. He said this is what happens in the used car business when you have more than one person interested in a car. He kept reiterating that he has 6 salesman and 5 of them had people interested in the car. He made it clear that my business meant nothing to him because he could sell the car anyways. He never came and talked to us in person even though he had two hours while we waited outside his business. The only time we saw him was when the couple who was favored over us decided not to buy the car. He walked out and shoved the keys into our saleswoman's hand without even saying a word to her or us. Our saleswoman went above and beyond to do what was right. I fear her fellow employees may treat her badly for sticking up for us. Bill who did our final payment on the vehicle also laughed at me when I said I had a very bad experience. He said the same thing Jeff Stone had said - that that's how the used car business works. I said "so you're telling me that if you have a lot of interest in a car, you don't have to be nice to people?" He said, " I didnt say that!" In an argumentative tone and then he said "we can sell cars to whoever we choose to. You're lucky we chose to sell to you." I was treated unfairly and unkindly for reasons that were seemingly issues among staff members. Had I not been in a major time crunch to find a vehicle for my husband to be with his dad, I wouldn't have given Flower Motors my money. I also feel ok knowing that the commission from my sale went to a very deserving saleswoman with a big heart. It makes me sad that a business that has been a part of my hometown for generations would treat people this way.

I found the car online in Germany, and after negotiations we agreed on a purchase price and a down-payment. Once arriving from Germany, they arranged a rental car for the overnight stay, had my car ready the next day for delivery, and even provided me with a pick-up truck to pick up furniture for the new apartment! The car had a few minor issues that were quickly remedied, and I am more than satisfied with the entire transaction! I would recommend Flower Motors, especially Maria, to anyone.

Excellent service- From start to finish they were courteous, time expected to take care of recall and service including oil change/filter and 29 point inspection was as given, Courtesy driver was very friendly and arrived when expected and to top it off they went above and beyond having to drive somewhere else to wash my jeep free of charge. After studying the various models and comparing other brands I came to realize it is true when they say "Jeep....there's only one". However none of the models on their lot were just what I wanted so Randy Hawks said "no problem, lets build you one". I contacted them by Internet and was contacted by Sean Murphy within 20 minutes about the Jeep I was interested in. Has my Jeep driving off the lot by around 1 pm. Awesome experience in my opinion, considering I didn't get to dealership till around 10:30 am. Fastest I've ever bought a vehicle.
