I took my truck in to get it reprogrammed as I took out a after market torque lock and exhaust brake and installed a new transmission. The service department failed to let the tech know why I brought it there. We purchased a used truck from the used lot Montrose Auto connection in October 2020(which is under Flower Motor) 2 days later the transmission went out they had it for 30 days before we had it back. 2 days later the NEW transmission went out they had it around 2 more weeks got it back. About a week later more transmission troubles. That was fixed had it about 3 weeks boom transmission went out again. A week and a half later we get it back that very same day boom 4 wheel drive gone. We had a very unpleasant experience with Flower Motor Company today. We had contacted a saleswoman about purchasing a car early yesterday morning. We were asked to wait until today to come and test drive it because it needed the water pump replaced. We agreed to an appointment at 1:30 today. I found the car online in Germany, and after negotiations we agreed on a purchase price and a down-payment. Once arriving from Germany, they arranged a rental car for the overnight stay, had my car ready the next day for delivery, and even provided me with a pick-up truck to pick up furniture for the new apartment! The car had a few minor issues that were quickly remedied, and I am more than satisfied with the entire transaction! I would recommend Flower Motors, especially Maria, to anyone.

Have owned condo in Crested Butte for several years. Excellent service when bought 2013 jeep. Decided to trade in and buy new 2019 jeep. Got fair price and trade in value. Zero hassle both times. Frankly, first jeep was so reliable, I never had to test Flower Service Dept. But I feel certain it is excellent also.

We drove from Grand Junction to buy our new truck. Being 8 months new to Grand Junction we found out that they really did not care about selling us a truck. Called around and found Flower Motor. Josh was great to work with. Need someone to sell you a truck - call them and ask for Josh. We met Josh on the day we picked up the truck. Took 30 minutes or so with paperwork. Bought a ford truck from flower motors was represented as being in good condition what a lie buy salesman. Ran 1t00 miles and fuel system went out contacted flower motor about making it right we bought the parts at 3000.00 dollars asked them to install them and we would call it even they refused to do anything. Steer clear of this dealer thier a bunch of crocks.

Excellent service- From start to finish they were courteous, time expected to take care of recall and service including oil change/filter and 29 point inspection was as given, Courtesy driver was very friendly and arrived when expected and to top it off they went above and beyond having to drive somewhere else to wash my jeep free of charge. After studying the various models and comparing other brands I came to realize it is true when they say "Jeep....there's only one". However none of the models on their lot were just what I wanted so Randy Hawks said "no problem, lets build you one". He spent quite a bit of time helping me decide which Jeep would be just what I wanted/needed, and then when it arrived making sure I knew how to operate it. A very pleasant experience.

You always wonder what mitigating circumstances lead to some horrible reviews. I have had nothing but superb treatment in all automotive categories from this store. Anything derogatory FAS to have a "rest of the story" as I am certain they would go to any reasonable length to ensure customer satisfaction....

I contacted them by Internet and was contacted by Sean Murphy within 20 minutes about the Jeep I was interested in. Has my Jeep driving off the lot by around 1 pm. Awesome experience in my opinion, considering I didn't get to dealership till around 10:30 am. Fastest I've ever bought a vehicle.

Not going to waste my breath explaining my complete and total dissatisfaction with Flower Motors. All I will say is I will never set foot in their door again and they will be loosing more than myself as future customers!!!
